YBN Cordae Taps Chance the Rapper For New Song
YBN Cordae has tapped Chance the Rapper for his latest effort, “Bad Idea,” a deep cut from his forthcoming project The Lost Boy.
Over the dialed-down production, Cordae and Chance exchange bars about the inescapable highs and lows of life. The single marks the two rappers’ first collaboration on wax.
The duo also connected for the accompanying visual, which features them enjoying a family barbecue.
In a recent interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1, the DMV lyricist revealed Pusha T, Meek Mill, and Anderson .Paak are also set to appear on The Lost Boy.
“Every feature came about extremely naturally,” Cordae explained. “We’re all in the studio together. Everybody I made a song with, we was in the studio together at the same time. So the vibes got to come together supernaturally and everybody had a marquee verse.”
The Lost Boy is due to arrive by the end of next month.
