YG was arrested in Las Vegas yesterday after a warrant for felony robbery was issued for allegedly snatching a guy’s chain off his neck at the Cosmopolitan.
According to TMZ, the original incident, took place in May around 4 AM. A man approached YG and asked him for a picture but was curved by his crew. The guy then told YG he wasn’t a real celeb and according to the casino’s surveillance footage, YG retaliated by yanking a chain off his neck. The chain fell to the ground, and YG is then seen on video picking up the necklace pendant The chain is reportedly valued between $3,000 and $9,000. The alleged victim is also suing YG for $250k, claiming he had his “goons” beat him up before he snatched his jewelry.
With YG present,a Vegas judge decided Thursday to issue a warrant for his arrest for the icident. He turned himself and was arrested for felony robbery and released after posting $20k bail.
