6ix9ine has been running around and trolling gangsters across the country with his streak of not being touched and also trolling the industry with his Billboard charting streak. Shooting for 8 for 8 with the release of his Nicki Minaj-featured single “FEFE”.
But as of last night, one of those streaks ended as 6ix9ine was kidnapped, pistol whipped, robbed and hospitalized in his Brooklyn.
According to information acquired from sources by TMZ, Tekashi was shooting a music video in Brooklyn early Sunday morning. The shoot wrapped around 4am as 6ix9ine drove home. When he arrived at his home another car pulled up and blocked his driveway.
That’s when 3 hooded gunmen jumped out of the other vehicle, grabbed Tekashi and pistol whipped him knocking him unconscious.
The gunmen drove around threatening to kill the Brooklyn rapper if he didn’t give them jewelry and money. The vehicle later returned to 6ix9ine’s home and 2 of the gunman went inside and the third stayed outside to guard 6ix9ine inside the car.
The men took $750k in jewelry and between $15k and $20k in cash with Tekashi’s girlfriend and daughter inside the house but they were unharmed.
The source also stated the gunmen then drove away with Tekashi still in the back seat but at some point he was able to kick open the back door of the car and jump out. One of the gunmen gave chase but stopped short with fear of being identified.
Tekashi ended up jumping in the passenger side of a stranger’s vehicle pleading for help. The good samaritan called 911 and dropped 6ix9ine off at an intersection to be picked up by an ambulance.
6ix9ine remains in the hospital being examined and treated for his injuries.
